A work out will take place every night at 7:30 pm eastern time! This time can be
adjusted if a few people cant make it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Every night we will do 7 things
Some of us do them to a song, so we all agree on a song and do the excercise to that song
When working out its important you wear tight fitting clothes, like tights and some cloth shorts and a cami or tank top, or something that is not baggy, so that you can move easily and freely.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~The Seven things we do everynight are :
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~1. Stretches -- during the stretching part of our work out we will do any type of stretch you feel comfortable doing! Like the: butterfly and the basic leg stretch!

Jog in place -- while doing this part of the work out we will jog in place, some people (like myself) like to do laps around their room. work your way up every lap from a walk, to a fast walk, to a jog, to a fast jog, to a run, to a sprint. then back down by doing the process in reverse.
(some jog to a song, the length of the song is how long you jogged)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~3. Push Ups -- during this part of our work out we do as many push ups as we can! Push ups can be done many ways, even against a wall! do what ever you like best!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~4. Crunches -- during this part of our workout we do as many crunches as we can, in crunches dont go all the way up to your knees, just halfway!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~5. Jump roping -- during this part of our work out we jump rope for as long as we can, if you dont have a jump rope, jump while making your arms go in a irclular motion as if you WERE jom roping

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~7. Squats -- during this part of our excercise we stand with out feet squared and squat then come back up over and over, hold on to the back of the chair or ledge to stablize your self if needed

Each person that joins the Workout Center must make a goal,CAN have records...
records are simply beating your most at something so say you did 5 squats then the next night you did 6 you beat your record!! we should all be proud of ourselves so please post you beat a record so i can add it on the records!
