commitment :: you must be available for a few minutes every friday and saturday night approximately 8:30pm eastern.
skills :: you must have a lot of simple ideas that are straight forward allowing members to take pictures based on everyday themes that wont take them too long to think of an idea.
what you would do :: on friday and saturday night you would come to the contest section and post the theme.

good luck and remember we only need one person for each job so unless someone drops out there isnt a huge chance you will get in.
