commitment :: you must be available for a few minutes every saturday and sunday night

skills :: you must have be aware of the stage the contest is in

what you would do :: on saturday and sunday night you would come on and see what stage the contest is in .. posting,voting,or winners. if the thread is in voting, you would move the contest thread to "old threads", if its a winners thread, you would move the poll to "old threads"
